About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to work with a US-based Customs Clearing Agent. The candidate will be responsible for contacting suppliers and businesses in the US, introducing our client’s services, generating leads, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based suppliers and businesses.
• Introduce customs clearance and related services professionally.
• Identify potential clients and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects.
• Follow up with leads through phone and email.
• Manage and respond to emails professionally.
• Update lead information, call notes, and appointment details in SOHO CRM or other CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
• Communicate professionally with US clients and prospects.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Clear and confident American/neutral English pronunciation.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems; experience with SOHO CRM is a plus.
• Good email communication and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• No specific degree is required; communication skills and relevant experience are more important.
